Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 24, 2026
Last Updated: July 24, 2026

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, PURCHASING ACCESS, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online courses, programs, and related content made available by DTSC, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through our website(s) (collectively, the "Services").

1. Eligibility

The Services are intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Nature of the Services

The Services consist of self-paced educational and coaching content. The Services are educational in nature and are not therapy, counseling, treatment, or a substitute for professional clinical care. Use of the Services does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, or other clinical treatment relationship between you and the Company or its personnel, regardless of any professional license held by the Company's personnel. Some Programs may address relationship, communication, emotional, or personal development topics; this content is provided for educational purposes only.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, or are concerned about your safety or the safety of someone else, do not rely on the Services. Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) in the U.S. and Canada, call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. If you are in, or are concerned about, an abusive relationship, contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 or text START to 88788.

If a Program reaches the limits of what self-paced educational content can appropriately address, you are encouraged to seek support from a licensed professional in your area.

3. Accounts

To access certain Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Purchases and Payment

4.1 Pricing. The price for any Services will be displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change at any time; changes will not affect Services already purchased.

4.2 Payment. Payment is processed through a third-party payment processor. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us, or our processor, to charge the applicable amount.

4.3 Refunds. You may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase by contacting [email protected], provided you have not accessed a substantial portion of the Program. For purposes of this section, accessing, streaming, downloading, or completing more than 15% of a Program's lessons, or downloading Program materials in bulk, as reflected in our access records, constitutes substantial access and renders the purchase ineligible for a refund regardless of the 7-day period. The Company maintains access records for this purpose and may rely on them to evaluate any refund request. Outside of the conditions above, all sales are final, and no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with content or failure to complete a Program.

4.4 Access. Purchase of a Program grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access that Program's content for your personal, non-commercial use, for as long as we make that Program available through the Services. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or restrict access to any Program at our discretion; where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before doing so.

4.5 Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or other taxes associated with your purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Services, including video, audio, text, worksheets, graphics, and course materials, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 4.4, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any Services content without our prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY OUTCOME OR RESULT WILL BE ACHIEVED THROUGH USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we believe is harmful to the Company, other users, or third parties.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lane County, Oregon.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
